More news and updates from here at ALBERT HQ with our friends Hugg ‘n’ Bugg.
Lots occurring still as World Book Day events stretch into World Book “Month”.. which we are thrilled about.
Our next school visit was to John Stainer Community Primary school in Brockley,, south east London.
A grand visit involving an assembly, numerous classroom visits and a prize-giving for some brilliant Albert-themed projects which included a model of Albert, stories, fact sheets and much more. Thanks to everyone involved. A top visit.
Our Book Day joy was boosted even more by a second ALBERT costume … we very much hope there might have been more.
We were sent pictures and it was great to see such detail in a Home-Made outfit! We’d love to see more ALBERT costumes if they are out there.
More school visits upcoming and lots of bookshop visits. We’re also dressing our local library window soon to help launch the next in the Hugg ‘n’ Bugg series of books – THE COMB. All very exciting, indeed.
