HELLO – more news. Lots going on and we are bursting to share.
We received NEW action shots of our visit to Wales.. This time from actual Publication Day for new Albert picturebook ALBERT IN THE AIR. In the morning, before we headed to publishers Graffeg – to sign many books – we were invited to visit Cardiff school Kings Monkton to talk to pupils about real Albert, links to dinsoaurs and to read ALBERT UPSIDE DOWN and ALBERT SUPERSIZE. It was a great visit – and many thanks to school staff and pupils and school librarian Alison King who arranged the visit.
You know how much we love to see our goodies in the wild. It was great to receive shots of Albert’s pal Prince Toby Tortoise – a grand name – enjoying his very own copy of new book ALBERT IN THE AIR. Even with balloons – which feature in the story. We asked him to be careful with the balloons – they don’t help Albert much in the adventure.
