HELLO – latest news from Albert HQ in a momentous week.

Obviously, like many, our activities have been subdued, rescheduled and affected by all events surrounding Queen Elizabeth’s passing and funeral.

As work resumes after the official period of mourning, so it does for us here.

We were pleased to receive some great new shots from our recent visit to the tortoise-themed High Wych Scarecrow Festival.. They’re as close to action shots we get with our wrangler, writer bloke.

Thanks again to all involved with the Festival and to all at Waterstone’s Bishop’s Stortford for their support.

There was a BIG arrival at Albert HQ this week… with advance copies of the new Albert adventure ALBERT IN THE AIR plus a new book from our writer, illustrator blokes.. It’s called Hugg ‘n’ Bugg FINDING HOME and it’s about a flea who doesn’t like the cold and a messy yeti. They team up and form an unlikely partnership.

Then we had to POSE with the books..

The books are out as ebooks, animated ebooks and paperback.. Publishing officially on October 13 for ALBERT IN THE AIR and October 27 for Hugg ‘n’ Bugg FINDING HOME.

We did more book posing when we were invited to put in a display for both books (and previous Alberts) at our local library. We are always delighted to do this – and we gifted copies of each book to the library for loan soon.
