HELLO – and MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS to you all.
It’s been a mightily busy time at Albert HQ but we are starting to wind down a bit now and look forward to a little break.
Believe it or not we will probably be back on Book Signing duty the day after Boxing Day… More on that when it occurs.
In the meantime, it seems appropriate to say a few Thank yous .. To ALL of YOU.
We really can’t thank you all enough.
We will take a Look Back at 2021 before the New Year. It’s been quite something. Our beginnings.. In April we launched Albert the tortoise picturebook Number 1 .. ALBERT UPSIDE DOWN. In October came Book 2 ALBERT AND THE WIND plus the first ever real Albert Calendar for 2022.
So much has occurred..
We need to say a BIG Thank you to all of you for the amazing Book Pose pictures you have sent in to us. Please do keep them coming.
Also, Thanks to all the Schools, Cub and Beaver packs – the staff, Leaders, teachers and helpers who invited us in and let Albert’s wrangler talk about tortoises, Albert and the picturebooks.
We hope to visit many more schools and other groups in 2022 and beyond. Please do get in touch if you fancy a visit.
Plus Thank you to all the amazing Bookshops and Book sellers who helped the Albert books reach an audience and for letting our writer bloke and illustrator bloke visit and sign books. It was great fun and we also plan to be doing a lot more of that sort of thing in 2022.
As we say – a FULL Look Back at 2021 before the New Year. We can’t cover everything here in one go.
